Monday, August 16, 2010. Moving Gracie's Updates to Family Blog. The time has come to move Gracie's updates to our family blog. I haven't been all that great at keeping this one updated. Life with two has slightly rocked my world this last year, especially in combination with our third adoption journey long underway. But I wouldn't trade it for anything. Tuesday, March 31, 2009. Libby's Passport Is Here! Well, this afternoon I checked the mail and there it was. YAY! Of course, Libby's passport doesn't affect when we get a referral - just needed it before we travel and for my own personal relief! It's all in God's timing. We will know Lulu AT JUST THE RIGHT TIME. Monday, June 29, 2009. So a prayer request or two for you mighty prayer warriors. Lastly - Gracie also had a chest xray today because her TB skin test came back positive enough that the doctor just wants to be sure its not there. She has no symptoms, but by tomorrow we should know 100% if she really has TB or not. I really don't think she does. But if she does, she will be on antibiotics for 6 months or so. First, I made a homemade avocado spread, put that on 2 slices of 100% whole grain, whole wheat bread and topped it with 2 slices of fresh tomato and a few slices of fresh cucumber. Yummy! It was very good and refreshing and healthy. I've listed the avocado spread recipe below.
