I found this small little stand at a farmer’s market by Echo Park Lake manned by the humble baker himself. He was extremely nice and recommended the cherry almond muffin. Also of note is the waterfall of sand, created by the craters and crevices of the upper canyons. Although this particular “waterfall” was just caused by our tour guide flipping sand, they do occur naturally after flash floods when the sand resettles. It was just as stunning as I remembered it. A long time ago, sometime in July 2012 (yes I know very late post heehee), we wanted to eat foie gras to our heart’s content and requested Cris and Carlo to cook for us. We drove to the north area, some 20km away from our place, excited for our foie gras dinner.
