Travel, Running and a Little Bit of Style. Drinking Problems (Or I hate Water). Oh boy…Water is SO BORING to drink all day. I heard on the radio that we’re supposed to drink a lot of water everyday. Here is the formula to figure out how much you need: Take your weight in pounds, divide by 2 and drink that many ounces of water EVERY SINGLE DAY! This water is 16.9 oz. According to the formula, I’d need over 4 of these a day! I could drink one or more every single day! Coconut water with pineapple juice.

Friday, November 25, 2011. First Overnight Trip with the Girls. There were lots of 'firsts' for the girls which led to a lot of learning and growth in our group.
