Sunday, April 18, 2010. So there is the final cake, not to bad for my first attempt. I'm pretty proud of myself and I think it's fairly safe to say that I had some of the better roses in class. Decorating really comes down to making great icing, it's got to be just the right consistency or it won't work. I need to work more on my icing and I may actually get good at this!
