It is hard to believe that I have lived in Addis for about 7 months now! My how time flies! I came to the realization that I will be leaving in less than half a year and I have all of these mixed emotions. I decided that I needed to try to be excited to go back to the States. How? To run the race! I’ve told EVERYONE! I have PLENTY of training time! 8,000ft elevation baby!

We have all been on prophylactics since before we went to Harar this meant that we were safe on the medication side, however just to be extra safe we made sure that everyone was inside a net when they slept. The other weird thing about this hotel was the bathroom. I know! The park, not to bad looking in this picture.
