Friday, October 31, 2008. We dressed Caleb up as a hunter and took him out trick-or-treating. He had a blast! He did very well too. We didn't really expect him to actually wear the hat or carry the gun or the bag of candy, but he did a good job with all of it. Wednesday, June 25, 2008. I guess I never posted an update saying that Caleb got better. The antibiotics seemed to really help a lot. He was about 95% better after just about a day on the medicine. So I'm guessing that he really did have a bit of pneumonia and not just a virus. Jonathan told him that he was a big boy to go poopoo in the potty and that he would get a popsicle for doing it. For those just tuning in, I devised a diet based on cutting calories and tried to lose 15 pounds in two months (starting at 225). I also added extremely moderate exercise that included walking about two miles a day and a morning exercise routine that can be charitably described as a warm up. What was the result?
