WOD (Workout of the day):. 100 Kettlebell Swings (32 kg/24 kg). 50 Strict Handstand Push Ups. Auch diese Woche haben wir wieder eine interessante Mischung an Workouts für euch dabei. Ich denke es kommt wirklich jeder auf seine Kosten.:-). Montag starten wir direkt einmal mit einem Hero und einem Girl Workout! Am Dienstag steht ein schönes Team Workout auf dem Programm.
