racingawareness[dot]org: The Not-So Mysterious Case of Orange Palms
http://racingawareness.blogspot.com/2011/10/mysterious-case-of-orange-palms.html
I'm not just racing. Wednesday, October 26, 2011. The Not-So Mysterious Case of Orange Palms. And I find it (scary) ironic that I wrote "Vitamin D is the new vitamin E". I hope not! I am now going to take a conservative approach toward supplementation and cut back my dosage of vitamin D, and most likely cut it out altogether, and get all of my vitamins through a well-balanced diet. Diet is always the way to go. Our bodies like real food and not pills! October 26, 2011 at 6:13 PM. Most Stalked Blog Entries.

Then this is it. I'll be carrying my FRANK bottle on my bike on Sunday with pride. Monday, 28 September 2009. Wilderness Foundation project in funding appeal. Working with the Police...

I'm not just racing. Saturday, June 18, 2011. 10 Questions with Beth Shutt. Sports Background before triathlons? I grew up as a runner. http://racingawareness.blogspot.com/2013/04/stanford-treeathlon.html
I'm not just racing. Tuesday, April 30, 2013. Not only was I bummed because I did not get to race the ITU San Diego race, but I also was a bit worried for my preparation for Wildflower. I lost some much needed speed work that was to be the San Diego race, and I missed three days of proper training. After a brief consultation with this guy. Should I try to keep my RPMs up instead? I was so pissed I shouted, "Get the F off my wheel! I got the age-group W, and finished 7th overall. I had a great time ra...

http://racingawareness.blogspot.com/2012/10/lance-armstrong.html
I'm not just racing. Sunday, October 14, 2012. Yes, I'm going there but before i do, I have to mention for the second straight year, the women put on a phenomenal race at Kona yesterday. They have really stepped it up, and it's just a matter of time before the men start to elevate, and this year appears to be the changing of the guard with names like Pete Jacobs and Sebastian Kienle. I really think Lance is some type of sociopath who is so arrogant that he believes his own lies. The Lance Armstrong I now...
