A Gaggle of Girls. Saturday, May 9, 2009. I finally had enough of the crying and whining when I tried to brush Ellie's hair. While her bangs have been cut I never had the back cut. At the bottom was the hair she was born with. When it was shorter it had the most adorable ringlets at the bottom, but the weight straightened them out. Here are before and after photos of her hair. They had this wonderful easter egg hunt, the weather was beautiful and kids had a blast. Lincoln was very exicted to be there and be able to run around but when it came time to sit on the bunny's lap he wanted nothing to do with it! He is so funny! The kids had a blast running around and getting all kinds of cool little toys and lots of candy!

Sunday, August 12, 2012. County Fair 4H Gaming. My neice and a couple other kids we know competed in the 4H riding competitions at the County Fair this year. We were fortunate enough to get to enjoy some of the gaming events on their last day of the fair. I'm just amazed and impressed with how well the girls handled their horses and dealt with any hurdle (no pun intended) that came up throughout the day or within an event. Rose Gardens - Portland, OR.
