Sunday, April 28, 2013. Until this week the weather didn't show it, but the flowers are blooming. This is a bush in our apartment complex. Yesterday we went to a park known for its flowers. Saturday, October 13, 2012. Quick Update and Family Vacation. To kick off October we went on a much needed family vacation to Cocoa Beach, Florida and stayed right off the beach. Al Gore, Environmental Whore. Al Gore, Environmental Whore. February 23, 2012. Back in the 1990s I was a big fan of Al Gore. I rooted for him in the 1992 Democratic primaries that were eventually won by Bill Clinton. I thought he got a raw deal in 2000 when he narrowly lost the Presidential election to George W. Bush, and for years I thought the country would have been a lot better off if Gore had been President instead of Bush. But then Al Gore changed. He got religion. Ever hear of L. Ron Hubbard?
