Friday, February 8, 2013. On the ipad (which is videos of herself when she was a few months younger). Backyardigans is another fav, though she really just likes the theme song at the beginning. TWO pairs of new shoes! Since coming here she has really branched out on her foods. She has tried (and liked! The mess one blackberry makes. I miss having a high chair! First taste of street food. I glad shes doing so well with the new food! Shes already on her way to being a third culture kid.

Sunday, February 19, 2012. Zero and a Half Years Old! What a big girl! Ellie seems to have changed quite a bit just in these last few weeks. At just over 16 pounds, her weight growth seems to be catching up to her height growth. She is still mostly in 3-6 month clothes and size 2 diapers (but looks like we'll make the switch to 3s after this box is gone). Recently she's found her voice more and more! Wednesday, June 27, 2012. I can't believe Ellie is TEN months old! She weighs about 19 pounds now and wears 9 and 12 month clothes (mostly 12 month because that's what we have more of). Tuesday, May 22, 2012. Months are going by so fast it seems like there's nothing new to share! Ellie weighs somewhere around 18 pounds. Her 6 month clothes are getting a little too short now, but we haven't officially put them in the "too small" pile. She's "cruising" these days (walking while holding onto furniture) and is figuring out how to get back to sitting once she pulls herself up to a stand. Monday, September 3, 2012. We have a one year old! This post is coming a little. LateI started it right around her birthday but didn't have pictures on my computer. But I have an excuse.in the last month we've had a garage sale, moved, and visited seven different cities! Ellie went to the doctor the day after her birthday and is 30 inches long and weighs 19.5 pounds. What a difference a year makes! She didn't care for cupcakes, but she did enjoy the pool toys! And one day found her way into her toy basket.

Friday, March 7, 2014. Burke had his 1st birthday last week and it was a lot of fun! I made him a baseball cap cake. Using the blue frosting may not have been my smartest plan- we had blue frosting all over the place by the time he was done digging into his cake! It was fun to watch him attempt to open presents before the older kids jumped in to "help" :) and it was awesome to watch him get all messy with his cake. Love that tradition! So here are some pics:.
