UK: Canterbury Food Festival 2015. All the chillies you can think of! A stall from my hometown in India. I go with the Vodka version of this! My beautiful friend Lina. This stall smelt heavenly! Their fajita's are Amazing! Sadly my German housemates didn't recommend anything from here! Fanciest chocolate arrangement I've seen in a while! I know I said. I know I said I wouldn’t write about this again…but I looked at the weighing scale today and noticed I had lost 1 kilo. Yayy! I know it’s practically nothing in comparison to all the weight I need to lose, but I am elated! So much so that when I saw my weight I turned around to my trainer who was busy talking to someone else, waited patiently while grinning like a fool and then told him about it once he was done. We did a victory high five 😀. It is soooo embarrassing! Today was day two...

The dreaded ‘D’ word. I know I said. →. Note: This is nothing but a long long rant. I got back to hating what I saw in the mirror. To having to constantly having to hear people say everything possible to make me feel even worse about it. Today was day two. Day two of probably nothing looking at post experiences. Newer posts →. Diwali – The festival of lights. Growing up, Diwali meant lighting lamps (diyas), a lot of family visits, loads of sweets, and yummy food. Thanks to being in a country where fireworks were banned, I would always be envious of my cousins back in India who got to celebrate Diwali in all its fanfare, i.e, bursting crackers.
