I'm trying to get as close as I can to 30 minutes of cardio today (or more, if Allah wills), so here's another quickie one I found at SparkPeople.com. This is a quickie, but really got me going! 18 minute cardio/strength routine. It is in 2 segments, the first cardio, and the second, a longer segment, is cardio/strength; it countdowns the time.
