Raising Reinhart's: Our Little Graduate!
http://raisingreinharts.blogspot.com/2014/06/our-little-graduate.html
Wednesday, June 4, 2014. Miss Laney has officially graduated from Kindergarten! We are so very proud of her accomplishments this year! This little girl has come a LONG way! She cried. She was shy. She was scared. She missed Mommy. It's too long. We heard it ALL! But she made it! We are so thankful for her teacher, Mrs. Brown and the entire staff at Emerson Elementary, but most importantly, her friends she made while in Kindergarten! Congrats Laney Bug on a successful year! You're a first grader now!

Raising Reinhart's: Our All Star
http://raisingreinharts.blogspot.com/2014/07/our-all-star.html
Wednesday, July 2, 2014. Laney's first year of softball peewee league is officially over. She really enjoyed playing, especially since her daddy was the coach and her best friend, Bailey, was on her team! It also helped that Orange Leaf was the sponsor! Scores and wins/losses aren't kept track at this age. She's a winner in our eyes, though! She will continue to work on building her confidence and endurance for playing next year! Raising Reinhart's: April 2014
http://raisingreinharts.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 30, 2014. This post will be short and sweet. I won't give much detail, but just state the horrible facts. My dad went to be with our Lord just three days ago. Sunday, April 27, 2014 was definitely the worst day of my life. No one expects to ever get a phone call with such horrible news. My dad passed away unexpectedly due to a heart attack. These last three days feel like they've taken forever. It has not only been the worst week of my life, but the longest week too. Happy FOURTH Birthda...

Saturday, August 9, 2014. Laney started her first grade year at Emerson. She has Mrs. Kriete and is SO excited about it! Mommy took her to school for the first day, but she rode the bus home. She had a fantastic first day of school! We celebrated by going on a bike ride to Kovernor's Corner! Have a great year, Miss Laney! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Alchemy of Grief: The Art of Healing
http://thealchemyofgrief.blogspot.com/2013/02/the-art-of-healing.html
The Alchemy of Grief. Friday, February 22, 2013. The Art of Healing. I saw an old customer the other day while out with Jack. The last time I saw him I was pregnant and about to pop with Marc. He came over and said hi and asked how old Jack was. He looked really confused. He said "it seems like he should be older? I told him Marc died and that Jack is my rainbow baby. I don't view it like that anymore though, now it is a place where Marc and Jack come together. A place where my belly casts from both ...

The Alchemy of Grief: Doves Fly Like Children Released
http://thealchemyofgrief.blogspot.com/2013/05/doves-fly-like-children-released.html
The Alchemy of Grief. Wednesday, May 15, 2013. Doves Fly Like Children Released. While walking on Mother's Day in Houston with my family we stumbled upon this beautiful statue. It made me think of baby Marc. The doves fly like children released. They first flutter and then gain strength and finally rise. Each release-to their first school, to driving, to a spouse is "with hope" that they will soar, some however, must be released forever, "with hope" that our goodbyes are not the end.". For Christmas I ha...
