Raw rice (Pacharisi) – 1/2 cup. Moong dhal (paasiparuppu)– 2 tsp. Kadalai paruppu) – 2 tsp. Milk – 4 cups. Sugar – 1 cup. Ghee – nearly ½ cup (or to personal preference). Raw camphor (pachai karpuram) –a pinch. Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp. Cashew nuts and raisins – ¼ cup. Fry the rice, moong dhal and channa dhal. Pressure cook the above together for 5-7. Minutes in 2 cups of water. Open the lid and add 2 cups of milk and boil. Let it condense till thick. Add the rest of the milk, sugar, 3 tsp of ghee.
