The food of love. A certain kind of ketchup. I have been having some great conversations with friends and family about foods that stand out in their memories. Sometimes these are painful or difficult memories, often they are positive, once one is remembered a great tumble of others usually emerges. It also seems to be the simple dishes that stick rather than the fancy meals. Having not eaten white bread like this for years I did have a certain joy when I ate the piece in the photo! Anyway, this prompted me to think about a tribute to berries, the idea then grew into a colour theme around purple and black fruit. I really like this combination of shades, tones and textures. As the blackberries are not quite in season yet I used frozen and loved the way that they went slightly frosted as they thawed. Natural and Contemporary Wedding Photography. Sunday, 2 August 2015. Robyn and Tom were married at Newlyn Church, followed by a wedding reception at The Land's End Hotel. Yes, that is The Scilly Isles you can see on the horizon, and yes, they are about 30 miles off shore. Carly and Ben held their wedding at Cornish Camels. Steph and Adam renewed their vows at St Agnes Church, followed by a reception at the Driftwood Spars Hotel. Thanks to St Agnes Ices. For use of their kiosk for photos.
