Friday, October 19, 2012. Michael and I finished the Whole 30. Diet on Tuesday, but we're reintroducing the missing foods S-L-O-W-L-Y. So far, I've had a variety of dairy products (we started with strawberry ice cream), a glass of wine and some coconut flour and honey in these Paleo Pumpkin Bars.
