There is always something to do - weed, stake up the tomatoes, weed, water, stake up the tomatoes, weed, water and so on. We are thinking about expanding it next year, based on how well it goes this year. This is our "trial" year to check it out. We were SO EXCITED to see this awesome squash! The kids were excited too!

Saturday, May 21, 2011. Sadly both of our fish died this week. Sydney kept vigil by their bowl most of the day. We could tell that something wasn't right and knew they probably wouldn't make it much longer. Sydney was really sad to learn that we weren't going to take them to the vet. We did promise to get a new fish soon if they both died. We flushed them after they died and I thought there might be some tears, but nope! They just waved as they swirled down the potty. At least it wasn't too traumatic.

Friday, April 29, 2011. It's official.I'm old! I turned 30 on April 25th. I wasn't too excited about it but the kids and Heath managed to make the day fun and I. Forgot how old I was. Heath made me one of my favorites.a chocolate sheet cake. We also had this seriously yummy banana pudding ice cream that everyone should try. Tuesday, March 24, 2009. Story time at night is so fun because any time she says a word or gets anything right we hug and celebrate, it's so cute! I say I'm so proud of you, so she says that too! This morning I needed to finish getting her ready to go to work but she wasn't cooperating so I was counting to three but got stuck at 2 because she was so cute in her Princess house saying I see you mommy!
