Aug 17, 2014. 從2012年12月中開始，我就不再受偉大防火牆的制約，但是也沒再更新過了。大概，因為之前幾乎是有作品才更新，每每都是勵志文，一沒了作品，就心虛不敢更新什麼了. 其實，就算是 fan arts，我也沒更新完，一旦心情分心於其他事，熱情也就莫名減了，不再狂熱，但並不是拋棄。 看著上篇作品外的日誌( I'm in Shanghai. 從公司10來人的規模，作廣告，作活動影片開始，慢慢案子越接越多，越接越大，接著終於有機會可以作電影，然後擴張，搬到更大的地方，來了更多各式各樣的人，後來作的 Hugo拿了奧斯卡最佳視覺特效，這部片幾乎讓公司各分部都使上了全力；隨後，幾乎不缺好萊屋的片子作，但也逃不過這個產業不健全的影響，可以明顯感受到，公司開始縮減開支，不續約約聘設計師，從最多70幾人，縮到3-40左右的規模，約3/4持續作...回台灣後，我試著先不想太多，放自己1-2個月假，不過就算沒要勉強自己，也很難不想怎麼更新作品網站，怎麼連繫人脈. 放鬆歸放鬆，腦袋還是得想著這些。所以我邊...的確，台灣不可能有公司開出我擅長領域的職缺，但還是有幾家公司願意找我面談...若是都沒辦法找到可以磨...

Apr 30, 2009. 一些常被問到的問題，一天心血來潮( 真的無聊. )，想說弄成問題集一問一答的 Q and A 方式來寫篇網誌好像還蠻有趣的. A: 這大概要問加拿大移民局要搞我的簽證搞多久吧！待到不能待囉 不過應該今年 9 月會回台灣吧. (希望). A: 完全沒有！我沒在客套，因為本來就是慌慌張張出國，出來後又從來沒好好讀英文，環境一熟，就會懶得跟人溝通，所以現在英文還是很糟糕，聽是多少有比出國前好些，但是表達依然糟糕！ Q: 照你這麼說，不用念英文也可以出國！？ A: 我是這麼覺得啊. 勇氣第一，解決錢的問題，其實我覺得就差不多了。 A: 視覺特效，也就是 Visual Effect，通稱 VFX。簡單來說是一些影像製作的後製，學習一些軟體來運用在這上面。 A: 來的時候學 Maya, Boujou, After Effect, ZBrush.等，現在主要是用 3ds Max, Syntheyes, After Effect, Photoshop.等，看公司需求囉. Oct 14, 2009. 其實在1個多月前，我就已經 update 我的 reel 了！ 自從從多倫多回來後，我悠悠哉哉地在家渡假了一個月左右，也在這期間組裝了一台可以讓我跑那些軟體的電腦，灑掉我在台灣僅存的積蓄. 所以，也真的是時候該找工作賺錢了！而我找工作的模式，還是依照我在國外的方法，就是 update 網站作品，然後到處丟履歷；唯一比較不一樣的是，在台灣許多公司是藉由人力銀行在找人才的，所以我也登記了像 104 這類的求職網。 Download High Resolution Quicktime. Rocky Head for INCG. 這件作品是應INCG雜誌的邀稿而完成的，原始的概念是在2007年的時候有的，藉著這樣一個機會，讓這件作品更完整了！在8月份出刊的INCG中，第一次有了作品曝光的機會，不管如何，這對我來說非常有意義，也是一個肯定！ 新一期的INCG已經出刊，在這邊我就把寫給雜誌的稿放上來了 希望可以看到更多的建議！謝謝！！ 的初稿是在07年畫的，那時的我只會用鉛筆畫東西，現在主要是用 PHOTOSHOP 做我上色的軟體工具，當然WACOM的繪圖板也是不可缺的！但我認為，板子的大小並不是重點，當然板子夠大畫起來一定有其爽快的程度，我現在用的還是大學買的最小SIZE的繪圖板，知道自己要表達什麼，畫什麼和怎麼作畫，我覺得才是最重要的！ 簡單的說，就是隨意拿張照片或圖片當作調色盤，就如同一開始在畫布上要先打個底色，之後選出幾個自己想要畫的色系，確定這張作品要呈現的調子，就可以開始作畫了！聽起來很簡單，也很好學，但這只是讓想要接觸電腦繪圖的大家有個入門...我目前強調色彩的堆疊跟透明度，筆觸偏向油畫在堆疊的方式，但色彩上，...構圖上，...

Jan 29, 2010. 很難得的，我來上海也莫名地過了 4 個月了，卻連一篇網誌都沒更新，竟然也漏掉了每年那不免俗的新年勵志文！ 基本上，讓我非常懶於更新網誌的主要原因，莫過於那中國偉大的那道牆- GFW. Great Fire Wall )，也就是眾所皆知的牆大防火牆！這道牆，幾乎阻絕了我以往慣用的網路工具跟空間，講得出來的，像 Facebook, Youtube, Plurk, Twitter. 真的這裡都看不到！而我喜愛的 Google blog 空間 Blogger. 目前的話，各方面都已經蠻適應的了，愛宅的我，生活極為單一，偶而不得已的狀況下會跟同事們去泡泡酒吧 吸吸二手菸；工作上，目前這個案子已經接近尾聲，沒有剛開始實這麼累，而即便遇到問題，也隨著經驗增加跟同事的交流下，皆可找到解決的方法，算是很進入狀況了！ 新的一年，對自己還是要有新的期許，除了工作能順利，技能可以增進外，我得多畫些東西了！希望可以多 po 一些自己的平面畫作跟大家分享！:) 加油！ Posted by Hsuanyi Fang.
