In Cristina's elementary years she participated in a variety of afterschool avtivities including Girl Scouts, Choir, instrumental ensambles, Little League Softball, and was cast in "The Music Man." At age 8, Cristina was baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints by her Father and still cherishes the memory of that day.

A Little About Ian. Sunday, September 30, 2012. Your favorite cut of beef. 1 bunch Green Onions. 1 tbl Vegetable Oil. Creme Fraiche (or Sour Cream.I suppose). Cut the beef into strips, then season with salt and pepper generously. Heat vegetable oil in the pan over medium heat. Add the beef and cook for 5 mins. Remove the beef and then add the mushrooms, onions, garlic and the butter. Cook until they are tender and brown. Add the flower and mix well. Add the stock and mix well. Allow to cook for 5 mins.

A Little About Ian. Sunday, September 30, 2012. 2 can plum tomatoes. 1 cup vegetable stock. In a sauce pan, heat oil over med. low heat. Cook the diced celery, onion, and pepper for 10-15 mins. Raise the heat to med. and add the garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Keep stirring, and don't let it brown. Open the tomatoes. You may want to remove the seeds because they make the sauce a little bitter. Then crush them by hand. You can add water as needed to keep the right consistency.
