Monday, January 26, 2015. Seeing spots - Library Bags. Howdy there. I realised that I have everything for school except library bags for the kids. Last year I bought some small Disney un-inspired bags which aren't going to do the job this year. So, I spent the last two days wondering and agonising over library bags/totes. Monday, January 12, 2015. We stayed here in Salamander Bay last week and it was awesome. We spent a few days beaching and soaking up the sun. Perfect weather and waves. This was Fingal Beach. We had a bbq and there was a little play area for the kids next to it. Awesomeness I tells ya. We went back on our last day but it was but more wavier. Thursday, April 24, 2014. I hope you all had a lovely Easter and holiday. I got up before the kids on Easter Sunday and finished off the zipper so she could wear the dress. I am so totally against zippers! Next time I make up this dress I will use a lighter fabric. It's a nice pattern which also includes a plain bodice which is fully lined. If I do use a ribbon tie again it's a good idea to make those ribbon belts or sew a part of the ribbon to the dress so it doesn't ride up. I was even thinking I could...

Chalk it up to a loss of sew. Jo Even if you love to sew, (or knit, or bake, or code, or run) you don’t have to love it every minute, right? You might even hate it sometimes. Saturday, July 11, 2015. Bs first train ride! Patrick played I a golf tournament today so I thought it would be fun to take the kids on the train. B had never been before and he loves choo choos! We were running late, but we made it! We had breakfast in Encinitas and then walked down to Moonlight Beach. B still can't play on the playground, but he went swinging and they found a little photo op. On our way home on the train, it was standing room only! But still had so much fun!
