Had a fantastic visit with the moms.no, seriously. I'll add some flickr photos of us having the most fantastic time, promise. Even enjoyed some QT with Aunt S and Uncle D. Bela (an old friend of Martin's) lives in Brussels now with her 18-year old son Vincent (the last time I saw him he was about 1 year old! Drinks and snacks in the late afternoon sun. This recipe calls for quite a bit of sugar which means that it needs to be added to the egg whites more gradually and more time needs to be taken to whisk it in properly so that the whites stiffen enough to be piped.
