3 Minute Sit Up Challenge. May 20, 2014. Perform as many Knee Grab Sit – Ups. As possible in 3 minutes! Warrior Sit Up Challenge. Sit Up Challenge Rules. Ughhh .always w/ the rules, rules, rules) :. Begin lying on your back w/ arms overhead and legs extended. Sit Up while bringing knees to your chest and wrap arms around your shins at top. Return to start position Congrats – that’s 1 : ). Now repeat as many as possible. Breaks are allowed but times keeps running. Cub = 15 – 25. Pack Leader = 45 – 60.

March 5, 2015. Today is a short post. Just want to share my Workout of the Day with you all. It’s a Work Capacity Workout and it’s gonna test your mental fortitude. It did mine! For 4 months previous. 50 Trap Bar / Hex Bar Dead Lift. Give this workout a go. It’ll put some gas in the tank for sure.
