Alpine Ascents Mount Kilimanjaro Cybercast. Team: Pile Pile Kichaa.back in Arusha! March 12, 2015. We had a great day yesterday on the summit! We made great time, 6 hours to the summit, and 2 hours back down to high camp. Everyone did a fantastic job, and rallied for another 4 hours down to Mweka camp at 10k feet. We were exhausted, but happy to be breathing the oxygenated air! Today we woke up early and headed down to the Mweka gate, where we had lunch, singing, and dancing with our crew! March 10, 2015.
