Thursday, December 16, 2010. Sometimes One Set of Footprints, Sometimes Many. Looking back to the past weeks, I reflect on how nurturing my living God has been to me. He has drawn me closer morning by morning, night by night. With every prayer, I feel closer to Him than I ever have before. I don’t question His decision to take Chris home. The pain is simply because I miss him and I grieve for my loneliness from him. From the moment I walked into my living room on November 18. He has carried me ever since.

Before my eyes close each night, I cry. I am incapable without you. You are the rhythm in my heart as it skips beats every day for missing Chris. Thank you for sustaining me.
