You can't spell "midwest" without "sweet dude". Tuesday, May 12, 2009. Right now i am in, probably, phase five of shaving my facial hair off. this is not by design, mind you, but just because my beard trimmer was not sufficiently charged. one would think that by now we've been able to harness the power of a beard trimmer that can work on battery AND use the current flowing through itself as it's plugged into an outlet. pipe dreams, friends. After the second phase i looked something very similar to colone...

You can't spell "midwest" without "sweet dude". Tuesday, February 24, 2009. Recently i've been a little lax in adding new posts, and for that i apologize. i came down with a bad case of 'the staples blues,' a fleeting illness marked by late night paper ream anxiety and something only described as the 'three hole punch sweats.'. It did remind me of a column i wrote for my college paper, though. years of suffering through a gross rec center were over as everyone was excited to get a brand new facility&...

shrock in OZ!!: Great Ocean Road
http://shrockoz.blogspot.com/2007/02/great-ocean-road.html
Sunday, February 4, 2007. This was quite possibly the most amazing and definitely the most beautiful weekend of our Australia stay. We hired a car and drove up the coast which is conveniently called Great Ocean Road. We stopped at several beaches along the way, including the famous Bells Beach. This was the first time that I actually FELT like I was in the 'textbook' Australia atmosphere. We not only saw tons of Surfers hangin. We got crazy close to the cute little marsupials. Dest. We really wanted to t...

Monday, January 7, 2008. Robin's going away (a bit late! So these photos are mostly of Robin's going away party and our night out. The table's set for the party- with vlaai YUM! Playing with Bonner from next door. Joost gave a speech and it made everyone cry! Do you like the layered look =). Daan the cutest boy ever. Robin scored with lots of gifts, but she really didn't have room to pack everything. Our staged-photo time: it was really cold in that bar. This was NOT staged! Gelukkig Nieuw Jaar 2008.

shrock in OZ!!: Kilda Nites
http://shrockoz.blogspot.com/2007/03/kilda-nites.html
Thursday, March 1, 2007. We thought the open markets gave us an optimal photo shoot for some prom photos and senior portrait photos. Rees and I thought it would be absolutely hysterical if we attended this Boyz II Men concert. This just proves the fact that Australia is. Behind the times when it comes to American entertainment. They have it together in most ways, but Tony Braxton still blares on the Supermarket PA. Two of a kind Rees and I. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

critically cocksure: March 2008
http://criticallycocksure.blogspot.com/2008_03_01_archive.html
You can't spell "midwest" without "sweet dude". Sunday, March 16, 2008. Alright everyone, now you are all well aware of the seriousness of this advertising campaign we have just picked up. i'm talking billboards, television and print of all kind. this is what we have been waiting for.". But there's just one thing we can't seem to figure out. we have the content, but we just need the style in which we portray it. actually, we just need a font that will make the ad sizzle. you know? A modest janitor, yes, ...
