HEALTH and WELLNESS COACHING. Best Way to Store Fresh Herbs. January 5, 2016. Wash your herbs as soon as you bring them home. Rinsing them in the sink is perfect. Lay them on a layer of paper towels and pat gently with more paper towels to blot away any excess moisture. By snipping off the bases of the stems and removing any discolored or wilted leaves. Just like you would when bringing home a fresh batch of flowers. Make sure your herbs have fresh water. Changing it every few days worked best for me.

HEALTH and WELLNESS COACHING. June 17, 2015. May 11, 2016. I try to drink a green smoothie every morning with Arbonne Vanilla Protein Powder. After my daily workout. On days when I’m not feeling green, I’ll opt for a fruit smoothie instead, also with Arbonne Protein Powder. I always put these three ingredients in my green smoothie (romaine, spinach, and cucumber). After these are blended, I’ll add fruit, Protein Powder, Digestion Plus. And lemon juice before blending a final time. Any fruit can be added.
