The origin of the domain goes back to the 18th century. In this period, only some small part of parcel are worked, this during several generations. 300 years will have been necessary to see settling down the Ambroise family in Premeaux-Prissey, small village near Nuits-Saint-Georges. Origine de notre maison remonte au 18ème siècle. A cette époque, seulement quelques petites parcelles sont travaillées, ceci durant plusieurs générations. Trois cents ans auront été nécessaires pour voir s'installer la famille AMBROISE à Premeaux-Prissey, petit village près de Nuits Saint Georges. En 1987, Bertrand AMBROISE reprend le domaine. Passionné par le travail de la vigne et amoureux du vin, il développe le domaine qui atteint aujourd'hui 21 hectares et lui apporte sa personnalité.
