Monday, June 7, 2010. Today I was eating a saltine. After a long, hot, outdoor run (and yes, I enjoyed it) and the salt and the texture tasted so good. I was so present in the moment of eating that saltine. I think I had an epiphany. As long as I am eating and enjoying every level of the food, then it is ok.
