Next Stop France: October 2007
http://nextstopfrance.blogspot.com/2007_10_01_archive.html
Today is my one-th birthday so I thought I'd try out some new stuff beginning with the letter C. I've had my first chocolate biscuit, my first chocolate cake, my first crisp and my first piece of quiche (yes I know it doesn't begin with c, but it sounds like it does)! I've had lots of great pressies and more cake - what a great day! Posted by Knights @ not so round table. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Knights @ not so round table. Jonty, Rosie, Lucy, Lily and Jamie. Constantly Reading Four Quartets. Friday, August 10, 2007. Like gold, refined by fire. Anyone who truly knows me, knows that I am a serious and committed whistler. This has gotten me in trouble on various occasions - namely at Church, and when I worked briefly for a firm of highly superstitious Lithuanian lawyers. When Krista and I were getting to know each other, over a Lenten season, she was curious to find out what this one particular tune was that I was often whistling. My good friend Sandra. Theres ...

Nothing tests my patience more than the one-eyed monster on my desk. Just when you think everything is running smooth as can be, suddenly everything slows down to a crawl. The guy at SHAW suggested it might be the router - this little black box to the left. The one on my desk is blinking at me. Or is it winking? Posted by Ken @ 4:31 PM.

Musings of an old dog trying to learn new tricks. Friday, October 06, 2006. The Battle of Alberta. In case you haven't heard about "The Battle of Alberta," this is what it looks like . . . on ice. This particular seige took place last night in what used to be called Northlands Coliseum. As you can see in the picture below, it is now looking more like a huge not so mobile M*A*S*H. Mobile Army Surgical Hospital) with that Rexall. Posted by Ken @ 12:56 PM. Links to this post. Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Musings of an old dog trying to learn new tricks. Wednesday, March 29, 2006. Welcome to the world of electronic conversation? Sandra Buckler, Stephen Harper's Director of Communications, is seen standing with his executive assistant and senior communications advisor. The Prime Minister is talking with the media following a secret meeting. We can only guess what his aides are doing. Could they be checking their e-mail perhaps? Or is that a game they're playing?
