I have always dreaded the night that proves the boy has inherited his fathers sleep disturbances . I’ve always waited for the sound of tiny feet clambering around the bedroom, or loud one way conversations, or a complete panic and a few minutes of petrified between sleep and awake moments, in the night. Then the subject of whether I needed a bag for my beer purchases came up, to which was my witty reply “nah! That’s why I had a baby” ha ha ha ha and stuffed them under the buggy. Wednesday, 24 July 2013. Back to blogging after a long break! Sorry to all my readers for the delayed post and to all my blogger friends for not keeping track of their posts! My daughter loves chicken nuggets, but it never struck me that I could give her homemade ones and that too baked! So I came across this recipe on Rasa Malaysia's. Its definitely a keeper! So easy and quick. Best part is, it can be made without those looong marination hours! They were so crisp and tender :). 3/4 cup bread crumbs.
