Unfortunately, we ran way. Late getting home from the doc with the 11-year-old, so it was drier than I would have liked. The flavor was fabulous, though. I want to continue to play with it and see what other changes I can think up, but it's great as-is. I'll absolutely make it again. 1 lb ground turkey or lean beef.
