We came into the last town before we go back to the main HUB, then on to safari. As we rolled into the location here I felt so much peace. I’m looking forward to the time we have with the people here tomorrow. We have an all day pastor conference and a VBS with kids. Last time we did a VBS it was over 700 kids… Amazing! Tuesday, April 30, 2013. 1 lb ground chicken. 1 tsp minced garlic. 1/4 c wheat germ. 1/4 c feta cheese. 1 cup bread crumbs mixed with 1 tsp italian seasoning. Mix first ingredients, roll into balls, coat with bread crumbs, fry in olive oil. Tuesday, January 1, 2013. I had some stew meat leftover from another recent project and decided to make into beef stew, which is not usually a dish that I care for. But this one turned out awesomely! 1-15 lbs beef stew meat. 2 tbsp canola oil. 15 oz can tomato sauce.

Amy's Semester in Prague. Sunday, June 15, 2008. It's been a couple weeks since I've been home. I don't have as much down time as I did in Europe, so I've been putting off updating my blog. I will do my best to summarize my last couple weeks in Europe. Greece was by far the most beautiful place I visited! Its water was gorgeous. Myself and 4 other girls from school left Prague at 11:50 pm and arrive in Athens around 4am! I'll add my postings of Paris and Florence soon! Here are some pictures to enjoy.
