The Book of Jennysis: April 2008
http://jennyscoolclub.blogspot.com/2008_04_01_archive.html
Sunday, April 13, 2008. There are classes that I've liked a lot at OU. Besides classes like concert band, I have had a few fun classes. Freedom in Greece was pretty incredible. Dr. Fears has mastered this history and is a genius! It's amazing that one can graduate from a prestigious institution such as the University of Oklahoma without having to step foot in Bizell. Anyhoo, what were your favorite/least favorite classes in college? I'm curious to know! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). On Being NICU Parents.

I'm pretty sure Ben Stein doesn't know what he's talking about. BTW, thanks for telling me you have a blog. I stumbled across it via Google. do you hate me? Plowing My Row: June 24, 2007

Monday, June 25, 2007. It's been a long time since I blogged. I guess I haven't had anything good to say. One cool thing that has happened is my SunDevil Fan Story. Check it out at sundevilcentral.com. Click on the one that says "friend of the devil" you'll have to fill out a short form, but it's worth it, trust me. If I was brilliant I would figure out how to put it on YouTube. But I'm not. Since I don't check this very often, you can reach me at haydanhay@gmail.com. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Kate & Reese: September 2010
http://texasblairs.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Monday, September 6, 2010. Potty Training Days 3 and 4. Well, we did it! The potty training "course" I used was a 3-day course, so we finished up yesterday! Here's a recap of Day 3:. 7:15 am - Woke up ALMOST dry! Had a BIG pee on the potty as soon as she got up! Put on first panties of the day. 10:30 am - Picked her up from her class at church. Her panties were slightly damp. Her teachers said she they had taken her to the potty a couple times, but she wasn't able to go. 11:15 am - Big pee on potty!

Plowing My Row: Miracles
http://lifeinavice.blogspot.com/2008/02/miracles.html
Friday, February 15, 2008. For my class with William Dembski, renown as a leader in the intelligent design movement, we have been reading "Miracles" by C.S. Lewis. Up until today this has been a difficult and mostly academic read. Well, this man assured everyone that God was going to heal her 100%. He then proceeded to Pray and read scripture over her, and worship and praise God for the next ten hours. The power of faith to heal. Wow. I checked out his website, and yah, seems kinda wierd and char...

Kate & Reese: February 2011
http://texasblairs.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Friday, February 11, 2011. Reese's 2 Month Appointment. She's such a tiny little peanut! 9 lb 11 oz (10th percentile), 21 3/4 inches long (Kate's birth length and 15th percentile) and her head is in the 20th percentile. Healthy and strong! For comparison, Kate's stats were 11 lb 8 oz (60th Percentile), 23.5 inches long (90th percentile). And her head in the 15th percentile. And oddly wakes up most mornings dry. She thinks it's just her body adjusting to that, and for some reason it piled up that nigh...

Kate & Reese: August 2010
http://texasblairs.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 22, 2010. Now that I'm halfway to 24. But oh well, I'm home now from a trip to Minnesota so I have time to post! My appointment was good, pretty low-key and quick! First of all, I gained 7 pounds in the last 4 weeks! Faints: Looks like I'm making up for the 15 I lost. Oh well! He palpated around, and said that he couldn't even feel the baby without really digging in and hurting me, it was buried so deep inside! So he didn't even want to speculate on position. So much fun. :) All my fri...

Plowing My Row: December 09, 2007
http://lifeinavice.blogspot.com/2007_12_09_archive.html
Friday, December 14, 2007. Holy Moly. I think some people are taking this thing too far. In case you don't know what I'm talking about, here's the skinny: Yesterday the findings of an investigation on Steroid use in Major League Baseball was released, and they named names! Many famous players were named including Roger Clemens, who might be the best pitcher of the modern era. One thing they didn't say (but I didn't read the 500 page report) is how long each player used. That should matter!

Kate & Reese: Sonograms, Mammograms, Biopsies, Oh My!
http://texasblairs.blogspot.com/2012/07/sonograms-mammograms-biopsies-oh-my.html
Monday, July 23, 2012. Sonograms, Mammograms, Biopsies, Oh My! The last couple weeks have been such a whirlwind I don't even know where to begin. I suppose I'll go with chronological order. That brings us to today. I (thankfully) wasn't nervous all weekend, but as soon as I got in the waiting room my heart started racing. I got really nervous waiting to be called back. It was finally my turn and as I changed, I was so flustered that I locked my keys in my locker! You know you have our prayers, Sweetie...
