Spinach : 1 bunch. Curry Leaf : 1 bunch(or packet). Green chiilis : 10 to 12. Tamarind : 1/2 lemon size. Jeera : For seasoning. Mustard Seeds : For seasoning. Salt : As per the taste. Ginger : small piece(1 cm). Oil : 3 spoons. Sesame seeds Powder : 3 spoons. Sugar : 1/4tea spoon(As per the taste). Cumin powder : 1/2 spoon. Soak Tamarind in water ( 1/4 cup) in a bowl and keep it ready. Take a Pan, add 3 spoons of cooking oil, then let it heat. Add Green chillies to the hot oil. Next add Curry leaves .
