Included in this are beach play, our awesome beach house, a ferry ride to Bald Head Island, play there including a climb up a huge lighthouse that Isaac did all by himself, and more! And Isaac Makes Three! I’ve discovered a love for cooking, and thought I’d share some of our favorites with my blogging friends. Finally, an update! I have lots more to add. Thanks for inspiring me, Gretchen! Made this last night, and we thoroughly enjoyed the leftovers tonight. This was a bit different from what I normally cook – a nice change! Traditional English Cottage Pie. 12 oz lean ground beef (I used a pound of lean ground turkey). 1 yellow onion, minced. 2 garlic cloves, minced. 1 c frozen peas.

Monday, July 12, 2010. We have made it to Colorado the jet lag is gone yay ;-) and we are so happy to be in the United States of a Miracle with family! Before leaving for Colorado, we took a quick trip with some friends to the Dolomites mountains and stayed at a dairy farm in Castelrotto then explored the largest alpine meadow (according to Rick, you know the one, Steves) in Europe. We were still in Italy yet it looked like Switzerland, and they spoke German - what? Last hug before we left Brodieboy ;-(.

Saturday, June 4, 2011. We met our besties, the Zorich Family, in the most magical place on earth DISNEY WORLD! Since we were in Florida for the shuttle launch we HAD to hit DW. Laura called us a week before we left to let us know that they were meeting us there - the best last minute surprise ever! Friday, January 7, 2011. What a fun month! Santa's little helper making cards for some sick kiddos in the hospital! Crafts at the kid's Christmas party. Sitting on Santa's lap for the 1st time ever! She was nervous (check out how she is trying to twirl the hair in her ponytails) but she really wanted to tell him what she wanted for Christmas. She basically sat on his lap for 3 seconds told him what she wanted and then popped off right away! Playing the cupcake walk! Carlie and Olivia with their winnings!

HOME ON THE RANGE - MUSINGS AS NEW HOMEOWNERS AND NEW PARENTS. Monday, November 16, 2009. Florida trip and Leaf Day. Once in Tampa Tucker and I had a good time. We visited the Lowry Park Zoo, which was a very nice zoo and very kid friendly, as well as a fun children's museum. The last day, Brandon did not have meetings so we made it to the beach. Tucker had a blast! He loved digging in the sand with shells and running in and out of the water. I like trees but HATE the fall when all of the leaves fall!
