During Hurricane Irene, I stayed in my Bushwick apartment for two long days, drinking coffee, reading, writing, and taking photos. This is what came out of that over-caffeinated experience. AU - EXHIBITION AT MASONIC LODGE - MARFA, TX. Exhibition on view October 8 to 10, 6–7 pm. Closing reception Sunday, October 10, 6 pm. Masonic Lodge basement at the corner of Highland Ave. and Texas St. Marfa, TX. The ratio of dirt that has to be dug to obtain gold:. 1 gram for each 1.0581 tons. The space is filled with 5.2905 tons of dirt for the 5 gram go. Dirt is brought in by using two small buckets, making the piece l. Dirt will be removed using the same process. The gold nugget is a loan from jeweler.
