Tuesday, January 19, 2010. Monday January 18, 2009. 10 Hang Power Snatches (55lbs). 2 Sled pushes w/20lbs. Last time I did this workout I didn't finish. I got through 3 rounds and quit. So I am very happy this time cuz I finished and I did it in pretty good time. I wasn't as far behind Megan as before! Monday, January 18, 2010. Sunday, May 30, 2010. 4 minutes to do the following in 4 rounds in between 1min rest. 200m run w/a 50lb sand bag then. 7 DB push press (22.5lbs). 7 Dball slams (15lbs). 1st round: 3 rounds w/7 DB push press. 2nd round: 2 rounds w/7 DB push press. 3rd round: 2 rounds w/7 DB push press. 4th round: 2 rounds w/7 DB push press. Blog on Food and Fitness. Thursday, September 22, 2011. WellMonday was the start of the Paleo Challenge which means NO alcohol, NO dairy, NO gluten, and NO sugar for 8 weeks! Are you freaking kidding me? But I am working hard right now to make this happen, of course I always say that about 3 days in:) I did have a lot of fat yesterday in the form of almond butter and pesto so I will be hitting the breaks on those two items today, at least that high level of them! So here's to hopefully 8 weeks of Paleo!

Monday, August 31, 2009. Saturday August 29, 2009. 1 Big Loop Run w/ Medicine Ball (14lbs). 30 Medicine Ball Up Downs (4lbs). 5 Heavy O-Head Squats (60lbs). This workout was fun, except the Big Loop Run w/ the medicine ball. I couldn't find a comfortable position to hold that ball and run at the same time. I struggled for sure. LOL.
