Faith had been saying I made her feel like an idiot, I didn’t understand her and I didn’t believe in her. And, she was right, I didn’t understand because I didn’t believe it was true. I thought about my carefully chosen words and how I said them without condemnation. I then experimented and rephrased what I already believed was a gentle way to speak.
