Cracked Wheat Bread | Life in Sicily
https://elskermeg.wordpress.com/2006/07/27/cracked-wheat-bread
July 27, 2006. Back to the bread! I have had a couple of (undocumented) unfortunate breadmaking experiences lately so today I decided to go back to basics and make some good sandwich bread. I started a sponge for some sourdough tomorrow and hopefully it will work out. Last week I had my first really bad experience with sourdough and had to throw the dough out but I’m determined to keep trying until I can reproduce the last good loaves. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Seafood in Sicily | Life in Sicily
https://elskermeg.wordpress.com/2006/08/29/seafood-in-sicily
August 29, 2006. We went out to eat for a freind’s birthday and I just had to photograph some of the seafood (even though I don’t eat it myself)! It’s chopped up octupus with olive oil, lemon, and parsely. That damn lobster was staring right at me! And finally, my favorite. The pizza. Without seafood. Septem...
