Tuesday, June 3, 2008. A few weeks ago Clinton Public Schools held their retirement party. After 35 years of teaching my mama finally decided to retire. She needs more time to take care of the grandparents and the grandchildren! The reception was really nice. The only problem was I didn't realize Isabella was way too little to sit still that long! My sister, Kati, and her husband, Josh, had their first little girl Thursday night. Marion Lea arrived at 10:22 PM, weighing in at 8lbs 5oz and 19.5 inches long. Friday, July 31, 2009. We finally have answers after waiting weeks on lab results on me. I have Factor V Leiden, PAI-1, and MTHFR which helps explain why I have had 2 miscarriages and why we lost Sullivan. They all have to do with a genetic clotting disorder. Thursday, January 15, 2009. I have to brag! I am sure I have shared that my baby brother, Brent and his new bride, Bregitte are expecting in June. This is the couple who were married August 30th when we went to Alaska. After 10 weeks of marriage they found out they were 8 weeks pregnant! So now they are 19wks along and have decided so far NOT to find out what they are having. More power to them! We can't wait to see this beautiful new baby. (I think it is a boy and some of the family agree! I am so sorry!

Saturday, December 28, 2013. Since it wasn't our "planned Christmas" with my family, there weren't many of us this year. We had a wonderful time though. My kids were the only ones there so got a lot more attention from the older folks. :). It took several shots to get them both looking at camera.
