Apple of My Eye Photo. Thursday, December 29, 2011. Chicago in December 250-255. I'm so happy to be out of the cornfield! I love Chicago and would move here in a heart beat except everything is so expensive and I don't think that finding a job as a Spanish teacher in Chicago would be the best move for me. I could definitely see me trying something new though, but what? Me and the kids at Blue Man- - obviously, I didn't take this one. Here's a wider shot. Oh, city, how I love thee. Apple of My Eye Photo. Wednesday, November 30, 2011. Thanks ladies for a good night :). Anyway, this is what I came up with. A long exposure of 10 seconds, ISO 100, focal length of 27 and of course, on a tripod with a shutter release cord. Sunday, November 27, 2011. The next picture is my favorite from the evening. This is the sort of moment that I remember us having all the time. The fun can be felt in the picture. This is definitely a Ya ya moment. Maybe weddings make me a little sad? Will the Ya Yas?

You can find them "doing" just about anything from daily Spanish life. They are so ugly they're cute. ;). Links to this post. 89/365 - Masks 5 - end of theme. Saturday, June 25, 2011. I tried to finger wave my hair like they did in the 20's. That was a huge mess! Then I tried to cheat and used a curling iron method I saw on youtube. I ended up with a big frizz ball on my head. Ha! You should have seen it! It was a total "finger in the light socket" look. Round 3, turned out ok.
