The Thread and I. The magic of ordinary days. Saturday, March 21, 2015. Ahhhh Spring When All Thoughts Turn To. New Rug required all small furniture to be moved out of the room. The floor was thoroughly cleaned. Rug installed. Furniture put back. While we are doing this we might as will wipe all woodwork. Put Liquid Gold on all furniture and re-arrange tchatchkes. Which also need to be cleaned. After all this is spring. Sure am glad that room is done. Now off to the laundry room for some suds slinging.

Wednesday, November 29, 2017. My apologies to followers who were psyched for the bookcase quilt. Life has taken a turn and I'm currently full time primary caregiver for my adorable granddaughter in addition to working full time . I am lucky to have a couple hours a week to work on quilt projects. A couple months ago, I was inspired by this Delft Platter to make a quilt.
