Sunday, June 06, 2010. I met a fellow at a wedding last week who was transferring from the UofC to Penn. Mark D had told of this student the week prior and I was really upset (given that I didn't even know the guy). How will frum discourse ever improve if Jews keep going to Penn? However it started, it stuck. I have a perfect crock that’s part of my slow cooker, and a small plate that fits in it snugly. I’ve made a few batches of sauerkraut, but I just can’t eat it every day, so I started to think about fermenting other things. June 21, 2010. Going for hummingbirds again. August 10, 2008.
