こに 通学しなければならない ということと 何年以内で卒業しなければ除籍 という2点が、通信制高校との大きな違いです。 学習 という意味から 無駄を一切省いた このシステムは学費の低さなども実現し、広く学習希望者の願いを叶えることが出来ているのも事実です。 しかし中学からの 不登校 や いじめ 、 学習怠慢 、 学校に馴染めなかった といった理由から中退者の受け皿としても期待されるようになりました。
