Friday, January 23, 2009. So it has been a while! I read other people's blogs but can't ever seem to keep up on mine. I am a little nervous because one of my 20 students has the FLU. He is the first diagnosed case of this winter for his particular doctor. I do not want the flu. I cannot handle the flu. I have already had a cold, sore throat since Monday, and now no voice. I have my fingers crossed that he didn't spread his germs to me or any other students in my class. Posted by Ashley and Josh.

Monday, September 15, 2008. We had a wind storm yesterday and guess what? Now we have to wait for an adjuster to come and inspect the damage before we can get any work done. I just hope no squirrels or birds decide to come and join us in the house. Now we have a basement waiting to get worked on and the exterior of the house waiting also. Finley had to show Papaw her new books. she was so excited when she woke up from her nap and we were at Prosource. she just shook from excitement. Finley and I stopped at McDonald's for breakfast yesterday and she got a chicken biscuit . she really ate good. and she told me."Nana, this is really, really, really good." she is so much fun.
