And then a Roseate Spoonbill on the bay side of Mustang Island:. A Great Egret also at Mustang Island. And a couple of Blue Herons. And you make me smile. I made a cheesecake. This is the picture of my previous attempt. My last attempt of cheesecake was an epic fail but this time it worked out so well. I was very careful with the consistency and denseness of the cheese mixture. So it turned out proper and in shape. I took it out of the spring-form pan remembering to scrape off the edges of the cake before loosening the pan. This time I used blueberries for the topping. It tasted just great!
