Tangents: Finals Playlist - Fall 06
http://iapologizeinadvance.blogspot.com/2006/12/finals-playlist-fall-06.html
Thursday, December 14, 2006. Finals Playlist - Fall 06. Every semester I post a play list or two of the music that keeps me sane during my studying. This year I was a bit of a delinquent, so I am going to take the ironic road out and post on the day that I wrote my last exam (it’s so god to be done! But this way the list is tried and true. A lot of this music is very well done and excellently produced and really worth a listen and some of it is ridiculous and fun. It’s a good mix. You’re So Damn Hot Ok Go.

Friday, May 20, 2005. Hey family and friends. I love African Reggae. The drummer paid me a huge complement by saying that he was surprised by my Djembe playing, and that I had very good feel. Does it get any better than spending an afternoon playing Reggae with African musicians? Next week we are heading to Soma to run a Foot Ball camp with YWAM and a Pro- Brazilian Soccer coach. Since I am soccer challenged (but am getting better) I well be doing more music stuff, and VBS. I am so glad that they won.

But the best way to hear about my trip is to ask me. I have some crazy stories to tell and I love to talk about Africa. Thank you to all who prayed and supported me over the last two months. I have no doubt in the power of prayer! You all blessed me so much. Posted by Jana @ 10:01 PM. Make your own badge here.

Saturday, July 16, 2005. Artist of the Week.Or So. Another British depressive whose weepy jingles make rainy days pass with less resistance He is the British answer to Dashboard, but unlike DC Mr. Blunt has got mad skills. His last album was produced by the guy who worked with Beck, and it shows. It’s great music for the ‘post-midterms vegetative state’. Matisyahu is the world's first Hasidic Jewish reggae star Do I need to say more? Posted by Jana @ 5:00 PM. Make your own badge here. The Holy Family Band.

Sunday, January 15, 2006. The devil. I mean act you know and love? So maybe I am just cynical but here are some thoughts on the election mostly the entertaining highlights. The irony that the Liberals promised in 90’s to get rid of the GST (check the commie. I mean red book) And It’s Harper who is campaigning that he will reduce it to 5% within five years. This leaves us with two ultimate questions:. 2 Should we vote for the PM that Bono turned his back on? It is Bono after all. Don’t forget to vote!

Tangents: I missed them so much!
http://iapologizeinadvance.blogspot.com/2007/03/i-missed-them-so-much.html
Thursday, March 22, 2007. I missed them so much! Radiohead's new album due out later in the year is described by Thom Yorke as similar to OK Computer "but much more terrifying." The album, which includes tour-tested tracks like Videotape and Bangers and Mash is their first since their Parlophone deal expired and, as Yorke says, "We've always worked best when we aren't bothered about making mistakes". I can't wait to hear the final product, if they ever decided to finish it : ). Posted by Jana @ 10:50 PM.
