As much as I want to share every moment and detail of this surrogacy to help promote the very positive aspects of surrogacy, I wonder whose story it is to tell. Is it mine? The parents to be? We've hit 15 weeks (officially yesterday) and all seems to be going well! No emergency trips to the doctor and no more spotting, so I think we're over the hump :). Ok, well I figured I better get these up since *tomorrow* we have our 30 week appt. only two weeks behind! We were referred to a Fetal Medicine Specialist, and got an appointment just three days later. At this appointment, they did an extended ultrasound (it lasted 45 minutes! Anyway, little Isabella Dawn gave us some reassurance that everything was okay, she smiled at us!

Nothing like looking at the last date you posted something to really make yourself feel guilty! So I guess it’s been a while! That’s where we stand at this point which is why I haven’t posted too much on here, there really isn’t a lot going on yet. In other news though, my daughter and I traveled back east at the end of April to see the twins! I love that family to pieces.
