On December 28, 2011. 1 lb large strawberries. 8 oz cream cheese, softened (can use 1/3 less fat). 3-4 tbsp powdered sugar (4 tbsp for a sweeter filling). 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 Rinse strawberries and cut around the top of the strawberry. Musings, music, and epiphanies…oh my! Laquo; My happy place…. Whoever thought of this is GENIUS. My grandmother was a Home Ec teacher…. On January 2, 2012. This morning while getting Zach and Max their breakfast, I burned my hand in the toaster oven. Toaster oven’s fault! Oh, and let’s not forget the TABLESPOON of baking soda I put into a batch of Christmas cookies. I read the recipe wrong. I sat the plastic crock pot lid onto the stovetop…which I had just been using. Today, the day commenced with some random sightseeing around the Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter. I am starting to become an expert when it comes to this area. I feel like I know many good places to go to and hang out there. It is very nice to feel that way about a part of Paris. Meaghan all excited at the Eiffel Tower.
